New CERT Class Starts January 25, 2007

WFLSD is starting a new CERT class on January 25, 2007. Class dates, times, and topics are as follows:

January 25, 6:00-9:00 PM: Introduction to CERT; Overview of Types of Disaster
February 1, 6:00-9:00 PM: Disaster Psychology; CERT Organization; Terrorism
February 8, 6:00-9:00 PM: Fire Suppression
February 15, 6:00-9:00 PM: Light Search and Rescue

Note No class on February 22.
March 1, 6:00-9:00 PM: Medical Operations 1 (triage and the three killers)
March 8, 6:00-9:00 PM: Medical Operations 2 (head-to-toe assessment and basic first aid)
March 15, 6:00-9:00 PM: Disaster Simulation

Phone number at which you can be contacted
Email address (if you regularly use email)

CERT Graduates: You are invited to attend any session that you feel the need to review. If you decide to attend a session, please follow the previous registration instructions, additionally indicating which session you will attend.
